Challenge

Telephone prospection is a top sales strategy for rapidly expanding your customer base, a fact well-known by Victus Sales. This strategy generates a lot of data, and understanding that data becomes difficult when faced with software that has limited reporting capabilities, which is the case for Victus Sales.

These limitations hindered Victus Sales from meeting its informational needs and made it difficult to make data-driven decisions and establish a system to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), both of which are fundamental to driving business success and operational excellence.

Action Plan

  1. Understanding the business logic

We’ve begun with detailed discussions to deeply understand all Victus Sales’ operations. Our evaluation focused on their current systems and processes, specifically looking at how data is captured, stored, processed, and reported. Continuous interaction with Victus Sales ensured that their business logic was accurately interpreted. Based on this thorough understanding, we recommended the implementation of a business cockpit.

  1. Building a prototype

The next step involved developing an offline prototype to serve as a blueprint for the initial business cockpit. This prototype allowed us to see how the business cockpit would function in real scenarios. To construct this, we extracted, transformed, and loaded data from all relevant sources.

  1. Implementing the business cockpit

With the successful evaluation of the prototype, we proceeded to build the business cockpit. We've designed a system that offers a real-time overview of all historical and ongoing data, including campaigns, tailored to the KPIs and the specific reporting preferences of Victus Sales. We wrapped up this process in weeks, not months — because who likes waiting around, right?

Result

Now, Victus can not only view but also continuously refine their reports as needed, further enhancing decision-making and operational excellence. Additionally, the system is future-proof: it's built on a scalable framework that allows for future modifications and the integration of additional business logic as needed.
